Art Before Bed does not collect any personal information.

Specifically:

  • No analytics or tracking

  • No advertising

  • No third-party SDKs that collect user data

  • No personal data leaves your device

The app makes network requests only to fetch artwork from the public APIs of the following museums:

  • The Metropolitan Museum of Art

  • The Rijksmuseum

  • The J. Paul Getty Museum

  • The Art Institute of Chicago

  • Cleveland Museum of Art

  • Smithsonian American Art Museum

  • Yale University Art Gallery

  • National Gallery of Art

These requests contain no information about you — only the technical request needed to load the artwork (artwork ID, standard HTTP headers). The museums' own privacy practices apply to these requests; see each museum's website for details.

The app caches recently viewed artwork on your device to improve performance and reduce data usage. This cache stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
